The hammam promotes blood circulation, helps eliminate toxins, opens up your airways thanks to eucalyptus, and relaxes your muscles after physical exertion.

This experience is usually associated with the sauna ritual, where you enjoy dry heat followed by a cooling session with the bucket shower. The bucket shower offers benefits for muscle relaxation, blood circulation and stress reduction.

Depuis plus de 15 ans, Mila est spécialisée dans l’épilation orientale au sucre, une méthode professionnelle reconnue pour sa douceur, son hygiène et son efficacité.

Bien plus qu’une simple épilation, le sugaring est un véritable soin de la peau. La pâte de sucre exfolie délicatement les cellules mortes, laissant la peau douce, lisse et soyeuse jusqu’à 4 semaines.

Grâce à une technique maîtrisée et à une approche personnalisée, les séances sont plus confortables et moins douloureuses, tout en respectant les peaux les plus sensibles.
