General information about the club
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 10pm and at weekends from 8am to 8pm.
Where is the club located and how do I get there?
The club is located at 4 rue Sacha Guitry, 06000 Nice.
It is easily accessible by tram (line 1 to Massena or line 2 to Jean Médecin), or by bus.
What specific services are included in my subscription?
Towels are available at the club entrance.
A number of products are available for free access in the changing rooms: shower gel, hairdryer, straighteners, deodorant, make-up remover and cotton wool.
We also offer detox teas at the spa.
Subscriptions and registrations
What documents do I need to register?
You will need a bank details form and a means of payment (credit card or cash) to pay the entrance fee and your first month's fees.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards, cash and bank transfers.
When will my direct debits be taken?
For members who have chosen to pay by monthly direct debit, direct debits are taken on the 2nd of each month.
Do you offer sponsorship? If so, what are the benefits for me and my sponsored friends?
Yes, the sponsor and the sponsored child are each entitled to one hour of private coaching or two invitations for friends and family.
Equipment access and management
What should I do if I lose my access bracelet?
You can buy a new one at reception for €5.
Are towels provided? Is there an additional cost?
Yes, two towels are provided free of charge per session.
Do I need to bring my own equipment for certain activities?
All the equipment is made available to you, but you are also entitled to bring your own equipment if you wish.
Is there a locker or space for my personal belongings?
You can store your personal belongings in a locker in the cloakroom, accessible with your wristband. This locker must be emptied every day.
If you wish to leave some of your belongings at the club, you can take out a private locker for €25 per month.
Courses and activities
What types of group classes are available?
Around a hundred group classes are offered every week, covering cardio training, muscle strengthening, aquatics, choreography and outdoor activities. You can find the list of classes and the schedule in the 'Sport' tab on the website.
Do I need to book to take part in a group lesson?
To make sure you have a place, book via the Flexx app or directly at reception/
Can I request private coaching?
Of course, the rate is €85/hour, with the option of packs of 10 (€750) or 20 (€1,400).
Personalised duo or trio coaching is also available at €125 and €165 per hour respectively.
Coworking
Do I need to reserve a space or is it freely available?
We have two coworking spaces.
A first area on the ground floor, on the restaurant level, is freely accessible to all our members.
A second space on the first floor is accessible only to our members who have taken out a coworking subscription (at €500 excluding VAT per month, including access to the club). You'll have your own private office, as well as a kitchen area, a meeting room and a private space for your telephone conversations.
Are there specific areas for making calls or organising meetings?
Yes, there is a soundproof booth for making calls, and a meeting room with a giant screen and everything you need to make video calls.
Can I invite a colleague to work in the coworking space?
No, the coworking area is reserved for coworking members. However, your colleague can sit in the restaurant area on the ground floor if he or she is a Flexx member or has a Day Pass.
Practitioners and well-being
How can I make an appointment with a practitioner?
For the Algotherm spa, you can make an appointment directly at the spa (on the 3rd floor), or by telephone (04 12 05 73 80).
You can make an appointment with a practitioner at reception, or on their booking website (details in the Wellbeing / Consultations tab).
Are wellness services included in my subscription or billed separately?
The swimming pool, sauna and hammam are included in the subscription.
Algotherm practitioners and treatments are billed separately.

What should I do if I lose a personal item in the club?
If you lose a personal item in the club, you can report it to reception, and we will check whether we have it in our lost property.
Flexx cannot be held responsible for items lost in the club.
Do you offer an application to manage my bookings and track my subscription?
Yes, the Flexx application is easy to access and use. You can book group lessons and even track your progress throughout your time with us.

What products can I find in your shop?
Here are the products you can find in our shop: swimwear, water bottles, proteins, food supplements, towels, Polar, boxing gloves, sportswear.
Catering area
What does your restaurant offer?
Our restaurant's menu includes :
- savoury options: pasta, salads, burgers, sandwiches, eggs
- sweet options: granola, pancakes, French toast, pastries
- Drinks: a variety of hot drinks, protein shakes, smoothies, fresh homemade juices, water, spirits, etc.
What are the opening times for the restaurant?
The restaurant is open from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
Can I access it without being a club member?
Yes, we have a room and a terrace open to everyone (Foodie restaurant). The Flexx restaurant is reserved for our members.
Various
Do you offer events (team building, evjf...)?
Yes, we offer dedicated packs for team-building or evjf-type events, including access to the whole club, a private lesson and lunch.

Yes, of course, you get 3 free invitations when you register. After using the 3 free invitations, you will have to pay €65 for a day pass.
